Nuns on the Bus Goes Virtual

Posted 9/30/2020

In past years, NETWORK’s Nuns on the Bus have driven thousands of miles across the United States to prophetically speak for justice and advocate for adequate federal policies.

During these journeys, the Nuns on the Bus encountered thousands of activists as we called for the creation of the common good.

This year, NETWORK has “hit the road” – virtually. NETWORK Lobby for Social Justice has launched a virtual tour across the country, entitled Nuns On The Bus: Who We Elect Matters. Over 50 Nuns from across the country will bring together Catholics and other community members in political swing states – including Ohio, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, and Texas – to register voters and discuss “equally sacred priorities” to Catholics like racial justice, economic equality, health care access, immigration reform, and the housing crisis.

You need to have a ticket to ride this year’s virtual Nun on the Bus! Explore the stops on the map to learn the importance of being a Multi-Issue Voter and why Who We Elect Matters.
