The Ursuline Sisters and Associates welcome Eileen Simon as the newest Associate who was mentored by Sr. Sandy Sherman. Eileen is a Certified Jungian Analyst who lives and practices in the Washington, D.C. area.
“Living and supporting the Ursuline mission and being about embodying consciously Angela’s charism have been a part of my life for fifty years,” Eileen writes. “For me, becoming an Associate is formally honoring what I have been living for many years.

Eileen has much to offer the Associate Program, including continuing her presence and ministry through Ursuline Counseling and Psychological Services, as she has been for the past thirty years. Her reading, studying, reflecting contemplatively, and teaching about Angela’s charism and her vision has been part of her journey even since she left the formal community after thirty years.

For fun and leisure, Eileen enjoys friends, theater, concerts, movies, art, reading, dancing, gardening, exercising, being at the beach, and traveling. By nature, she describes herself as an ongoing learner.
Welcome, Eileen, to the Associate Program. (For more about Eileen, click on the Associate tab.)
